A classic summer camp experience from the Missouri United Methodist Church, built on the belief that every youth, from every background, every identity and every story, matters. Sanctuary Kamp is a community where faith grows through shared meals, late-night conversations, laughing until our sides hurt, and the knowledge that we truly belong.
Who Is Camp For?
Sanctuary Kamp is for middle and high school students who are still figuring things out, which is to say, all of them. It’s for those who arrive certain of their beliefs and those who arrive with more questions than answers. It’s for extroverts and introverts, rule-followers and rule-breakers, loud laughers and subtle smilers, and those who just can't stand to be labeled. Because sometimes, one sweaty, crowded, exhausting and perfect week can create memories that will show up for the rest of our lives, whenever we need them most.
